Team Member Payment Form

This Page is to try to make payment a bit easier for Parents and Guardians.   Parents can write checks out to “Team 3023 Booster” or if they would prefer you can use the online option below.

If you have a PayPal Account you can use that to pay the team fees.  If not you can use a credit card or debit card to pay through the PayPal system.

Team Membership Fee – $150 (Covers team costs)

 Use the drop down below to select the Payment that you would like to make.  Then click the Pay now button below.  You should be taken to a Payment screen where you can pay with your PayPal Account or a Credit Card.
